• Clear description of the product or service
• Brief history of the company
• Analysis of the market including your competition
• Discussion of your business model and market strategy
• List of current customers and stages of discussions
• Complete financial projections, including balance sheet, income statement, and summary data on any financings, if any
• Team descriptions and backgrounds
• Employee growth / hiring plan
